A trade body promoting engagement between proptech companies and the wider property industry, incorporated in 2018 and now sitting under Real Estate UK within the British Property Federation.

The UK PropTech Association (UKPA) was incorporated in 2018 to promote engagement between proptech businesses and the wider UK property industry. In 2023 it merged into the British Property Federation, and now sits under the Real Estate UK (RE:UK) umbrella alongside AREF and the Investment Property Forum (IPF). It runs more than 26 events a year, including the UK PropTech Awards.
What It Does

- Operates as part of Real Estate UK, under the British Property Federation, since its 2023 merger
