About Valos
Valos automates the production of RICS Red Book-compliant property valuation reports for chartered surveyors, cutting a typical 3.5-day manual report down to around 6 minutes by automating data gathering, drafting, and templating — while leaving the valuer’s professional judgement in place. It was founded by two chartered surveyors and a software engineer in May 2020, starting out of a garden shed before moving to Shoreditch offices in 2022.

Valos (Valos (U.K.) Limited) is based in London and was founded by Alex Kountourides (CEO, valuation specialist), Rob Davis (COO, Chartered Surveyor), and Jan Dexter (CTO, former banking technology architect).
